All exterior changes to your home need prior authorization by the Architectural Design and Environmental Control Committee (ADECC). This includes changes such as paint color, siding and window replacement, pools, room additions, screened porches, etc.
Before making exterior changes to your home, download the ADEC request form.
A copy can be emailed or sent to any committee member. Please allow 2 weeks for approval though typical response time is less than one week.
